We are recruiting young graduates from top schools and universities for the Atlas Program, and developing these employees in an international environment, through a professional experience outside China.

Typical Atlas young professional profile:

• Degree from a top engineering/business school or university
• Desire and capability to work in a foreign country, and then come back to work in China
• Leadership competencies
• Ability to develop internal and external network
• Ability to work on cross-functional projects
• Fluent English required, other foreign languages (French or German) considered as a plus
• Proactive, committed, innovative
