is the first investment of the Group in China. The plant runs 7 welding lines to manufacture welded stainless steel tubes. Changzhou Valinox Great Wall Welded Tubes was recently honored as star and advanced enterprise by the City of Changzhou. The plant is certified ISO 9001.

V & M Changzhou Co. Ltd.
is a state of the art plant. It produces large OD seamless alloy and high alloy pipes mainly dedicated to the power generation market (boiler and piping system) and other industrial applications. Highly dedicated to safety and environmental protection, V & M Changzhou is certified OHSAS 18001 in health and safety, ISO 9001 in quality, ISO 14001 in environment.

Changzhou Carex Valinox Components Co. Ltd
produces high quality welded stainless steel heat exchanger tubes for Exhaust Gas recirculation (EGR) systems. The plant includes state of the art equipment and advanced environmental & safety measures. The plant is certified ISO/TS-16949.

VAM Changzhou Oil and Gas Premium Equipments Co. Ltd.
is a joint venture between Vallourec Group (51%), Sumitomo Metals (34%), and Sumitomo Corp. (15%). The plant is a modern and efficient facility, which delivers VAM® premium tubes and connections to the Oil and Gas fields located in China. Awarded “First Investor” in Changzhou City, the plant is certified OHSAS 18001 in health and safety, ISO 9001 in quality, ISO 14001 in environment and VAM®.

Xi'an Baotimet Valinox Tubes Co. Ltd
is a joint-venture: 49%-owned by Valtimet, 40% by the Chinese titanium products specialist Baoti, and 11% by Timet. The plant produces high quality titanium welded tubes to serve the Chinese market of power generation, chemical processing industries and desalination markets.
